Step 1: First, complete the online form below to personalize your Dot. You will need to submit each Dot (if you are ordering more than one) one at a time.

Step 2: Second, make your Dot payment (above) through Network For Good. Pay $100 for 1 Dot, $200 for 2 Dots, $300 for 3 Dots, $400 for 4 Dots, and $500 for 5 Dots (and so on).
